The carry-out cocktail I designed for Devour Indy Summerfest. It included a peach, a lime, a fresh sage leaf, a dried sage leaf and a box of matches. The mini mason jar holds the Partida Reposado and Cointreau

The base layer of this drink is a house made cranberry sauce, Cointreau and Absolut infused with cinnamon, orange peel and clove.
The top layer is cream cheese inspired, and is a cold foam mixed from heavy cream, kefir and Disaronno
