Quick and dirty…

A real Pornstar Martini calls for many things, one of which being a proper Prosecco on the side. Also, actual passion fruit juice/puree. (Don’t use Real Passionfruit, just puts sweet on sweet. Use the real thing: sweet, tart, delicious) A quality vanilla vodka. Some things I just don’t have the time or care to secure right now. So I use what I got. Bargain vanilla vodka, Chinola (exquisite), the bargain lime (I need fresh citrus, I know) and the CHEAPEST sparkling wine that Total Wine has to offer. And honestly, still yum.

Also! I know the wine is on the side. A little bevvy for your labubu or what not. But again, this is the quick and dirty pornstar. And it’s yum.

Quick’n’Dirty

2 oz Vanilla Vodka (I used Smirnoff, but I recommend Absolut or making your own)

1 oz Chinola (do not substitute, even for this raccoon recipe)

1 oz lime (use fresh, don’t be like me)

Sparkling wine to top. Or serve on the side if you’re doing it right. But I think the cheaper the wine the wiser you are to mix it in.
